Update 12/8/09:

We will be out of town for an early holiday trip Dec 10 through Dec 15th.  Regular surgery days on the Wednesdays before and after mean that we won't be available until Thursday, December 17th.  For other options in veterinary care while we're away, please see our links page.  We will be home and available for the rest of the year.  Happy Holidays!

Washington State Animal Response Team (WASART) is a great new organization creating highly trained volunteers to assist with evacuation and temporary shelter of animals in case of emergency.  Please click here for more information.

The AAEP (American Association of Equine Practitioners) released the newest vaccination guidelines for horses in 2008.  Check it out.  There is a chart for adult horses and for foals.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take PennHIP radiographs at this time.  Our X-Ray machine is mobile and primarily used for horse hooves, small limbs, cats, etc.  Our plates are not large enough to get the kind of picture PennHIP requires for evaluation.  We are sorry for the inconvenience and sincerely hope to be able to offer them in the future.

Last year we purchased a surgical laser from Cutting Edge Lasers.  We are thrilled to be able to provide laser-assisted surgical procedures now.  Please call us to see how this could benefit your pets.
